After a series of co-design workshops, we were able to shape a vision for the rates platform, however, that wasn’t the only ask. The team was also able to migrate a small set of users from a piece of outdated software.
This involved converting execution modules to the new visual design system by working closely with JP Morgan’s internal UX team in London.
What I learned:
Making an impact in big organizations takes patience. Plans don’t always work out, and at times the path to a successful project may feel “foggy.” Sometimes lasting change doesn’t take the form you think it will.
