The new navigation pattern enables customers to view products faster, and discover new products they may not have found before. The pattern also vastly improves upon the usability of the previous tablet solution.
While two sites still exist today, we had to make sure that our pattern was fully responsive across all breakpoints.
What I learned:
Redesigning navigation for a client this size can take time when you consider all the stakeholders that must approve of the new system. For e-commerce sites, navigation is the bulk of the experience. Currently in split testing, this new experience should launch soon.
